Helping leaders drive change

Supported by AI

Are you facing any of these challenges?

Short of ideas

People don’t get ‘it’

Change is slow

Smart people ask for help.

I offer programs in three areas

Leading Change Effectively

Gives you faster execution of priority change initiatives, with clearer steps and better stakeholder buy-in.

Innovating for Tomorrow

Helps you identify real problems worth solving to make your people, processes, and products better.

Communicate with Impact

Transforms your presentation style to be more clear, more compelling, and more likely to win support.

How do you work with me?

Working with Clients

Discover

I start by listening. It’s important to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where you want to go.

Design

I will put together a program that meets your goals and makes sense for your budget and your schedule.

Delivery

I get to work with your team, sharing practical tools and techniques that they can actually use to get results.

What are the formats?

Program Formats

Sprints

These are fast-paced, half-day sessions focused on 1 or 2 practical tools you can pick up and use the same afternoon.

Workshops

Over 1 or 2 days, we go deeper. We’ll cover the core concepts and then get to work applying them to your projects.

1-on-1 Coaching

This is all about you. We’ll dive into your specific challenges, get clear on the path forward so you can get moving.

Fees depend on group size, level of tailoring, and location.
I am happy to provide a proposal and quote once I understand your needs.

Let's talk

What happens after the program?

After the program, we don't just walk away.

We offer simple ways to make sure the new habits stick.

Quick Clinics

Short virtual sessions to help your team troubleshoot real-world cases as they happen.

Ready-to-use Tools

AI-powered prompts and templates leaders can pick up and reuse whenever they need them.

Check-ins

Brief catch-ups with teams or sponsors to keep everyone on track and keep the momentum going.

Yes, we use AI

AI has quietly rewritten the leadership playbook, and the old rules no longer apply.

We use AI in all programs. Participants learn simple, safe ways to use AI as a thinking partner, not as a replacement for their own judgment. AI is built into each theme so that skills are immediately useful back at work. Participants see live examples and get short practice activities using tools they already have access to.

If you are ready…

If you share a bit about your goals, audience, and timing, I will suggest a draft design and investment range within a few days.

Who am I?

Tomas Bay helps leaders and their teams in Asia Pacific navigate change and turn ideas into real results through practical workshops and focused 1‑on‑1 coaching.

With more than 25 years of leadership experience across Europe and Asia Pacific, including 19 years as Principal Consultant in the Swire Group, he understands company cultures, complexity, and pressure inside large organizations.

Tomas believes that the best results are achieved with the help of AI. He brings AI into all his programs as a partner to help the participants think better. AI is more than just a tool because it acts as a collaborator.

Across all change, innovation, and communication programs, participants use AI to challenge assumptions and improve ideas on the spot. This ensures that the work done in the room is smarter, more creative, and ready for the real world.

Having lived in Asia (Hong Kong, Saigon, Kuala Lumpur) for over 30 years, Tomas has extensive cross-cultural experience in business management, leadership and coaching.

Tomas is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation and holds a master’s degree in Human Resource Management (with honours) from University College Dublin.
